OUR STORY
For years, what began as a husband and wife's dream to own a piece of the rock (Barbados), slowly birthed into their reality. Having spent his entire childhood here, John, a Barbadian by birth, met Nelda years later and the two have been returning to John's birthplace, along with their kids ever since. Nelda fell in love with the island so much, that they got married in Barbados and would often spend time with family and friends.
Sadly, Nelda passed away and didn't see the completed properties in person but saw the photos and approved of them. John knew he had to carry on her legacy and in January 2019, Nelohn Properties family business was created.
Recently incorporated, Nelohn Properties Inc. provides modern Vacation Rentals, Amazing Experiences and Property Management services. With a well traveled team of a combined background in Hospitality, Tourism and Management, everyone is hands on. Whether you meet us at check-in or departure, we look forward to hosting you. John Payne
Managing Director
Owner of both properties, John is originally from Barbados and Bajan to the core. Even though he is currently not residing in Barbados, when he return, he loves to visit Oistins on Friday for local cuisine, go on Catamaran cruises and spending time with Family.

DANIELLE 'DANIE G' GIBSON
Maintenance, Marketing and Property Manager
As a former Cruise Ship Entertainer, Danielle is the brains behind the set up, developing the maintenance plans, securing service providers, developing guest relation standards and executing the marketing strategies for Nelohn Properties Inc. formerly Nelohn Properties.
Danielle has over 6 years hands on experience in the Short and Long Term rental business with a proven track record of 5 star reviews for numerous short term rentals and ability to generate repeat guests stays.
Her attentiveness, marketing skills, knowledge of the island, rapport with local businesses and ability to fix problems within record time allows her to tap into guests needs which in turn produces memorable stays.
When she isn't "matchmaking" experiences with new guests, she enjoys spending time with her 4 godkids and creating social media content.
A former entertainer, she is also on radio at Hitz 106.7 FM on Saturday mornings. Danielle prides on delivering consistently exceptional customer service and is ready to help you build memories with the ones you love.
Gabrielle Gibson
Accounts, Guest Relations
"Generation Y is the era I am from. My friends and work colleagues call me Gabby or Gabs for short."
Gabrielle oversees the accounting aspect of the business. She also handles any guest relation queries and or bookings.
Down-to-earth, sociable and fun loving, Gabrielle's passion for the Tourism and Travel industry began from early childhood days.
Last, but not least, "I believe in excellent customer service and professionalism and I ensure I do my upmost best to provide such. I hope when you book with us, that you enjoy your holiday in sun, sand and sea."
